If you are having trouble compiling your MonsterController, the problem may be the way your computer is configured.  If so, try this fix:

  1. Start up textpad and select the menu item Configure..Preferences.  Expand the Tools tree and click Compile Java.  Then, make the Parameters textbox look as follows:

  2. Click OK.
